Waj33 Terms and Conditions — Malaysia Gaming Platform Guidelines

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and waj33 ("Platform", "we", or "the Company"). These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the waj33 platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services provided.

Multiple account registrations — whether using the same name, phone number, email address, or payment method — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance or wins.

• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Hedging bets with the intent of securing guaranteed profit from bonus offers.
• Sharing your account or allowing third parties to use your account.
• Any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Filing false or unsubstantiated chargeback claims with payment providers.

Waj33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.

• Self-exclusion request by the player.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting the waj33 support team. Once account closure is confirmed, any eligible balance will be returned to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days, subject to the settlement of any active bets or unfulfilled bonus conditions.

Continued use of the waj33 platform after the effective date of any amendment means you accept and agree to the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you have the right to close your account without penalty before the amendment's effective date.
